1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?
We process your orders in 1-2 working days. Delivery times are 07 working days.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to high demand, so we apologize in advance.
2. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
You enjoy free shipping within the UK only.
3. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
In principle, we ship worldwide. Some countries may not be able to take advantage of our offers, for which we apologize in advance.
4. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY DETAILS HAVE BEEN ENTERED BY MISTAKE / HAVE CHANGED?
If you have entered incorrect information or need to make changes, please contact us immediately at optiva.eu@gmail.com.
Once shipped, we cannot modify orders. If the package is returned, we will contact you to decide the next steps.
5. HOW CAN I GET INFORMATION ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY PACKAGE?
We ship with tracking. To get tracking information, please email us at optiva.eu@gmail.com.
Please note that it may take 3-5 days for tracking information to be updated in the system.
6. DO YOU OFFER A RIGHT TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS?
We are convinced of the quality of our products, that's why we have established a 30-day right of return, so there is no risk!
The goods must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
7. MY PRODUCT HAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND/OR IS DEFECTIVE. WHAT CAN I DO?
We will immediately exchange an item if it is defective or damaged.
If, in this case, you wish to exchange it for the same item, we would be grateful if you would :
1) Take a photo or video of the defective or damaged item, email it to us at optiva.eu@gmail.com and inform us of your claim.
2) We will contact you to resolve the situation.
8. HOW DO I OBTAIN A REFUND FOR THE MERCHANDISE?
Once your return has been inspected, we will contact you to proceed with the refund.
The refund will be made to the payment method used during your payment.
